Yes...when I started paleo I had one regret...the lack of yogurt. I am a reformed yogurt addict, I would make smoothies for breakfast every single day. I love fruit and yogurt, it makes my heart sing.
So I still have smoothies now, minus the yogurt.
I use a can of coconut milk, I used the thicker one because it fills me up better. I put in a small handful a blueberries, and a spoonful of organic macadamia nut butter. It's quite delicious. You can vary the fruit in it, I tried strawberry but it was kinda too tangy for my liking.
