Real men eat quiche. Not that I would really now. But anybody will eat anything when it has a crust made of bacon.
So here's the lowdown. I love quiche because it's easy to make, minus the crust. Since I went paleo I have no reason to not make quiche now. I decided this time to line the bottom of the pan with bacon...it was a good idea.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix:
6 eggs
Broccolli
Sliced ham
Pieces of smoked bacon
Sliced fresh Basil
Some butter...for good luck.
Line a pan with bacon. Pour the mixture in the pan, place it in the oven for 30 - 40 minutes.
